Equity Properties, Inc. was created to fulfill the need for quality, professional and tailored property management services in Oahu’s growing real estate market.  Founded in 1985, Equity Properties, Inc. is a fully licensed and bonded Real Estate Company ready to assist you with all of your Condominium Association needs as well as Real Estate sales and rental property management.

We are a locally owned and operated company with highly experienced personnel ready to assist you.  For any after-hour matters, we have a 24-hour on-call emergency service.

 

We are members of both the Hawaii Council of Community Associations (HCCA) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI).  In addition, we are members of the Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR) and hold an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and National Association of Rental Property Managers (NARPM).
