Rental Applications

Please note there is a $25.00 application fee per each person over the age of 18 listed on the application (paid by the rental applicant).  Completed applications may be faxed to (808) 485-0987; however, your application will not be processed until payment is received.  

 

For quick processing we ask you hand deliver your application to our office at 500 Alakawa Street, Building 214, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, closed on All Holidays.  Payment must be made via money order or cashier’s check in the exact amount.  Personal checks or credit cards are not accepted. PayPal is accepted however, you must request an invoice be sent to you at rentals@epihawaii.biz. There is a 2% additional charge for PayPal invoices.
