Our Rental Management service is designed to minimize the responsibilities for homeowners.

  • We will advertise your property online with Military Housing Connection and other local housing advertisements.  Owners have the option to pay for additional advertising (i.e. Star Advertiser or any other classified advertisement services)

  • We disburse Rental income checks to owners on a monthly basis accompanied by a  comprehensive financial statement (Income & Expenses) for easy record keeping

  • We offer ACH direct-deposit of rental income to owners

  • Prompt response to repairs and (24) hours emergency service with a live operator

  • Solicit proposals from qualified professionals for the owners
