Newtown Estates Community Association (NECA)- Resale Package

• All Documents will be completed within seven (7) business days from the date of your order is paid. Documents will only be released once payment has been received.
• If you do not receive all of the items listed on the receipt, please notify our office within three (3) business days thereafter.
• Please be sure to provide your seller's name, property address and the email which you'd like the documents to be sent to.  The document file is large and will be sent in a Zip file. 

Documents will be emailed.

Please note that there are additional charges of $10.00 for mailing out documents, and to ensure receipt, those documents are only sent via certified mail. Equity Properties, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or misplaced documents in the mail, and there will be an additional charge to reorder.
